By accessing our website and purchasing our Test Series, you agree to the following terms:
User Account & Registration
Users must create an account with accurate details (Name, Email, Phone) to access tests. One account is for a single user only; sharing credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without a refund.
Intellectual Property
All test materials, questions, explanations, and graphics are the exclusive property of Dnyanvi Publication. You may not copy, record, download (unless permitted), redistribute, or sell any content.
Unauthorized Use
Any attempt to "scrape" data or use unauthorized AI tools to extract questions will lead to legal action.
Payment & Access
Access is granted only after successful payment. Validity (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) is mentioned at purchase and cannot be extended unless specified.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 100% accuracy, Dnyanvi Publication is not responsible for technical errors, server downtime, or inadvertent errors in the question bank. The series is a preparation tool; we do not guarantee selection in any exam.
